I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and big, providing plenty of space to relax. However, the location was great. The service was very friendly and helpful, particularly Denise at check-in, making the experience delightful.

The service was excellent, especially thanks to Denise who made my check-in delightful. The location was fantastic, near RISD and Brown University with a lovely river view, but I wished there were more dining options. The facilities were up to par, but I felt the price could have offered better value for money.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious, providing a lovely living room, study corner, and attached kitchen for ultimate relaxation. The service, especially Denise during check-in, was top-notch with friendly and polite staff. The location close to Brown University and with a river view was fantastic. While the dining was a bit disappointing, the facilities were great.
